Quilt Show in Los Banos

These are some cards that I made for the quilt show in Los Banos sponsored by the Pacheco Pass Quilters.

I used the "Green house Gala" Designer series paper and some cardstock, ribbons, punches
and of course GLITTER!

This is what my booth looked like, with a display board of cards from the past, as well as new.
Displays of cards & more.

A stand filled with "Delicious & to Die For" cards. These came out adorable in different colors using our new "In" colors
Big Shot flower pins.

And of course my delicious "Biscotti by Auntie B.B." biscotti, four flavors to choose from.
you can order anytime, email: nosemartinelli@sbcglobal.net

Since it was a quilt show, these cards were perfect. stamp set "Puns from the past"
layered with ribbon, lace, pins, & buttons.. Love'em!
Baby gift enclosures-set of four.
And for the knitters, which there was a yarn booth, I made some knitting cards, labels and gift enclosures.

Set: "Hand-knit"     So much fun for ewe to create with!
Baby onsies decorated, with bands, and handmade bags & gift tag.

A perfect gift just waiting to be given for that special little one!

Breaded Chicken Breast & Risotto

Quick Dinner:  4 Chicken breast, boned
                       1 cup Italian bread crumbs
                       Salt & Pepper
                       Olive Oil
                        4-6 garlic cloves peeled whole
Wash chicken breast, salt & pepper them, coat in bread crumbs. Cook on med. low heat in olive oil, add garlic cloves whole, once brown and juices start to come to surface, turn and continue cooking. I like to cook mine with a wire spatter guard over pan, it lets the steam rise away, and the chicken comes out crunchy and delicious.
                      Risotto
                      1 cup of arborio rice
                      1/4 cup chopped onion
                      1 clove of garlic minced
                      2 -2 1/2 cups of chicken broth
                      4Tblsp olive oil
                      2 Tblsp butter
Brown garlic and onion, add rice to slightly brown also. add chicken broth and 2 Tblsp. of butter. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to the lowest it will go,cover,  let simmer for 30-40 min. Check to see if you need to add a little more chicken broth, and stir, cover and let contiur to cook till rice is done, should be creamey....
Enjoy, add a sald, and it's dinner time.. Manja!!!
